With over 60 years in the food service industry, Nu-Way has perfected customer service and great food.

Your time is valuable, so we designed a menu and website with that in mind.  

 

If you don’t have time to order the food, give us a head count and a budget and we can design some menu options and handle everything.   

Meet our Chef

Our chef, Sean Kimmel, began his culinary journey a decade ago cooking for Nu-Way at one of our school locations. After deciding to embrace the culinary world and pursue it as a career, Sean attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where he graduated with his degree in Culinary Arts. From there, he worked at several restaurants around the country including John Besh’s Lüke in New Orleans, retail giant Café Nordstrom in King of Prussia, and the Peddler’s Village award winning Buttonwood Grill. Coming full circle 5 years ago, Sean decided to return to Nu-Way and take over as the head chef of the commissary and catering departments looking to drive the company forward into a new era of excellence. He is excited to work with you to meet and exceed your private and corporate catering needs.
